My coupon shows redeemed. Can I please have my coupon re issued.
I was at the register and when I clicked on my coupon to show cashier it said redeemed.
It was embarrassing. I only went to the Goodwill to use my coupon.

Management threatened me with a fire arm that he said was in the back room .
After I purchased an items which had a live ammunition bullet inside of it . After bringing it to his attention he they proceeded to snatch the time I had already purchased..
taking my cash but only ringing my up for a different item which should be considered theftwhich on top of that I was then criticized for observing objects that I wanted to buy for too long, making comments such as wow you just put in a whole shift here without pay also IVE never seen any. someone put Soo much time observing items like this get a Job and other derogatory comments this is the 3rd time Ive be been harassed and targeted by store manager Raul.

Poor Management at Shillington Goodwill Location
Sorry I need to report that I live near this location and shop at this GW for over 35 years. In the most recent months, it is poorly managed.
Long lines at check-out with only one employee working the register. The manager clears the glassware and "THROWS" it into the bins deliberately trying to damage the items that were not sold.
The store is a complete filthy mess.
Floors look like they are NEVER mopped/cleaned.
It's a very desperate situation and needs to be addressed. I shop here about 2 to 3 times a week, however I cannot tell you how many times I saw the long line and decided not to make purchases.

They rang us up for 1999 for an item. I think the Goodwill store in Elkland, PA, is con. I bought a video game disc, took it home, the game was not in there, and they wouldn't take it back. The manager said, 'Next time check, we don't take that item back.' That is BS.

The Goodwill store in Canyon City, Colorado, allowed one female to do whatever she wants; she's the supervisor's girlfriend. She threw out a disabled senior citizen who was just trying to be nice and say hi.
She never wears a blue vest; her top is two sizes too small. She flirts with all the male workers there, and they allow her to do whatever she wants. Her name is Marissa; she's disrespectful to customers. She's rude to them and unhelpful; she’d rather flirt with the male workers than help her customers.
The supervisor threw out a disabled senior citizen because he did not do anything wrong. He was just talking about a movie to one of the employees. That supervisor said it was racist towards his girlfriend, Marissa. They're so rude to senior citizens, possibly because she won't go in the back room with them like she does with all the workers.
She's been so horrible since the very first day she started there. The guy who got thrown out was a regular customer from the very first day the Goodwill store in Canyon City opened its doors. He has been going there longer than the supervisor has been working there and longer than Marissa has been working there.
They need to fire her, or if they don't want to fire her, just put a sign outside: adults only; no kids should be allowed around her or senior citizens. She's one of the worst persons going.
Most uninformed and disconnected staff I have ever come across. Since when did the customer bevome the enemy?
Tried to make a simple return using guidelines provided on receipt. Had to go back twice. Manager finally got involved and made return without issue

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I went to goodwill marietta ga off powder springs road, I purchased toys at this goodwill they put a bunch of misc. Toys in a bag broken or not and sale for 1 price well my grandson open the bag but u could tell the difference all others I purchased had an individual price on them which I told the lady name tosha.
(Very poor customer service) She charged me 1.69 for every toy which came out to be about 30 dollars for a bunch of happy meal toys. I'm furious, I want my back, I will take every toy back to the store for a refund, straight *** that's literally robbing people.please reply ASAP, I work hard for my money and don't like getting ripped off.

Corporate Goodwill is stealing peoples money.
The fact that you receive things for free and then up charge to people who can not afford full priced items is a scam. Your round up policy is a scam and I will never shop at a Goodwill again.
Please quit taking money from innocent people who dont make as much as you do.

Management/employees unprofessional and rude
I am a customer at Immokalee fl location as well as other stores. I am very outraged that you allow your managers and employees treat customers like common criminals they have one employee there that is manager.
She short black hair and glasses and she literally stand in front of dressing room doors and counts clothing and when you come out she counts them again. This is so ridiculous to be watched and treated I. This store. She walks back in forth in front of the dressing room doors she does no work and I heard a customer ask her why she watching him and she commented to him rudely and obnoxiously said my job is to not let thieves in these dressing rooms.
And he literally told her mamm you should be removed from your job immediately she said good luck with that hahaha. Wow just speechless. She continued to argue with an elderly woman and told her she could not take her own purse in fitting room for security reasons. Now I believe that her and other employees should be removed immediately.
What kind of customer service do you train your employees for. I dont know her name but she is short and black hair always up in bun and glasses. And manager I believe she doesnt do any work just watching customers and I mean standing in on spot staring at customers. What kind of shopping experience do you want your committed customers to have.
This is wrong.

When she was called up front another time I was in she literally accused a customer of changing a price tag on an item. This store is terrible and poor customer service.

I bought from your Goodwill online once. I bought what was described as a brand new Littman stethoscope in its box.
When it arrived, the tubing had been cut and was totally useless. I contacted your company and after several interactions, you never sent me the packaging to return it. I lost that money. Therefore, I have never bought from Goodwill online again.
However, I continued to shop at a local store.
I could see what I was buying so I would not be in for another unpleasant surprise. So I thought. Apparently, you have a new store manager in Clovis, NM.
I went in to your store a week ago. Staff was standing around, talking, laughing, cussing, and disruptive.
The supposed manager was one of the employees standing there .(according to the employee that was cussing). They would yell across the store at each other to converse if they happened to be apart. I had never saw a store run so poorly,before.
I went back to the store today. The staff were standing around talking to each other with friends and apparently family members.
They were standing in the middle of isles. They would not move. You could not look at the merchandise for people in the way. I became frustrated and tried to check out.
I stood in front of a register for 15 minutes before one of them decided to quit talking and check me out.
When you are at work, you are supposed to be professional and work. It is not happy hour and not time to visit or play.
I guess I will find somewhere else to shop.
