I do not like the change you made with the point system. A few weeks ago I made a purchase of over close to $50.

I didn't have my 25% off discount slip on me, that you get now when you reach your points. (Didn't expect to go shopping at Goodwill) The same thing happened before that, when I actually couldn't find my slip at home. Probably through it away, thinking it was an old receipt. That of course saves Goodwill the money and the costumer looses out.

I don't understand why it can't stay in the system and it's readily available. A couple of costumers in my line agreed with me, because it happend to them also.

Who caries a little slip of paper, (that you can hardly see) with them all the time. Besides that, I like shopping at Goodwill Thank you
