Shipping damage - No response from store

I purchased items recently from Shopgoodwill.com totaling about $1400. The two Radios were severely damaged due to poor packing.

I have contact the 2 stores via the Customer Service system - both stores over 5 times, plus leaving VM, sending photos of damage, etc. No response from either store.
I'd appreciate your assistance in resolving the issues and setting up return labels and refunds:

I have purchased thousands of $$ from Goodwill online over the years - love the stores and have always had very good Customer Service. This is highly unusual -

Otherwise I will need to contact Paypal and get them involved to arrange for the refunds. Not the best way to do business!

Terrible customer service from the store supervisor at the 4500 S 900 E in Utah. If the supervisor is on the cash register every time I go shopping, she will stop what she's doing to scan my items.

She will always look at the price tags and blatantly say it's not the right price and give me the most outrageous price for the items. Apparently, she has something against me and I don't even know her.

I'm in law enforcement and her accusations against me are ridiculous. I have been a customer for years and I will never be shopping there again.

Hello Goodwill, I have written to you several times in regards to the two sculptures that I received from Shop Goodwill Miami Gardens, which arrived broken. One was purchased on December 17, and the other one was purchased on December 22.

They ran my card, took my money, and I paid them on time. They shipped the items on time, but they arrived broken, and I have told them this over and over again in messages. Yet, they have not responded to any of my messages. I want my money back.

I am sitting here with two broken sculptures, and the terrible customer service from e-commerce in Miami has not even responded to any of my messages. What kind of company is this? No other Goodwill online on Shop Goodwill conducts this type of business, except this one. I have called Kristen, the manager at e-commerce, and she never answers the phone.

I have written, but no one answers any email messages. This type of customer service is shameful.

I will continue to write to them until they handle this issue. R McDonald

Everybody's nice and helpful over the phone but nothing's been resolved. I would like to know who stole my bags everybody seen the video but me they will not let me see it they won't even tell me what they see but the video is ready for the police to see if I file a police report other than that I'm shut out and that doesn't make any sense to me why?

At the store I went to in Bear De. I was very unhappy with customer service. I was told an item I was returning was not on my receipt even though it was purchased with two other items I wanted to exchange. The manager would not listen to me when I said they had all been bought at the same time. It was a $5.49 top that I purchased with a senior discount so it was not a big ticket item. But to feel as dismissed as I felt was not good customer service.

Not good at all. We went to 1 of your stores on south cedar st. in Lansing MI and was told my son, who has never been in this store before that he had to leave. Of course we asked why because he has never been in the store before and we stated that. To which the man that told us we had to leave said it didn't matter, so then we asked for a manager to which we were again denied. We were denied everything we asked for to resolve this. It wasn't resolved until we demanded them call the police and made a seen that is when 1 of the managers finally came out to do something about it. I am filing a civil rights lawsuit against this company for what happened. This falls under article 242 title 18 if you would like to know and I will be doing that now. Because not just my son's was violated but so was mine and his dad's because of the staff there. All 3 that was involved in this should be fired before this lawsuit goes because of not they will never get jobs again. No company will want to hire people like that when it goes public
